From time to time, new information about a certain location has to be communicated to the students who made a reservation for that location. This includes e.g. sudden changes in opening hours. Allow for authority managers to send notifications to in name of the location.

We have to be careful and eliminate the exploitability of this new system. We still have to think about how we shuold tackle this problem in the most secure way possible, complying with privacy regulations etc.
