@anjackson do you have an example where this would be seen?

Also the guide above is for flask - any additional notes for the current deployment will be useful.

PyWB has some documentation here: https://pywb.readthedocs.io/en/latest/manual/localization.html

Both PyWB and the linked document above use the same library (Babel), so it should be relevant. The PyWB docs show how to add localized text to templates, but don't go into any detail about handling dates etc. I think I was hoping that Flask-Babel documentation would help with that.
