There are many programs like, GreenShot, ShareX that have already solved the screengrab stuff, with multiple monitor, editing, and different DPI support.
Whilst having a basic version of the screen rectangle utility is great, It would be better to tie into existing programs.
Is it possible for scrab to grab the images from an external tool?

I could add an option to just monitor a folder and automatically add new image files as an image source, but beyond that there's not much I can really do
Now you mention that, that might already exist in OBS somewhere...
The other option would be to attempt to rework the capture to work with multiple monitors, and multiple dpi's under windows. but that sounds quite arduous.
There's directory watch media, but it won't add new sources for each new file. The screenshot tool should already work with multiple monitors, it did at least for me. I can't test it with different dpi settings, but if you have issues with that your best bet is to report it to qtox since they wrote the screenshot tool
