Bug Report

Jared Spool called our web site "Very OPM" 👎 His top complaint: "Took me awhile to figure out what JOA was."

What happened

We let jargon seep into the site because the target audience is HR. But that's an excuse. We should scrub the site of all instances of JOA (and other jargon).
