We should have pages on each role that comes up in SME-QA:

Source feedback from a Project Manager:

It's confusing not having a clear page for defining the requirements for HR Specialist, Hiring Manager (maybe there are multiple), Coordinator (not even listed?), and SMEs (this page has by far the best info, but doesn’t say who decides who is and isn’t an SME)
