I'm confused why you would use this

::marker {
    unicode-bidi: isolate;
    font-variant-numeric: tabular-nums;
    text-transform: none;
    text-indent: 0px !important;
    text-align: start !important;
    text-align-last: start !important;
}

Accessibility Insights report is attached AutomatedChecks_20210821_SubjectMatterExpertQ (2).html.zip

This seems lke something done in a much more complicated way than needed.
