Create a research plan, tasks, and script for component usability testing we plan to conduct in Jan-Feb 2025 on:

• date picker
• time picker
• character count
• tooltip
• breadcrumb
• error states

Started drafting research plan and planning test scenarios and prototype mockup ideas in Mural

The research plan (goals, questions, approach, participants, recruiting strategy, ethical considerations and links to testing protocol/scripts) is nearly complete. I am working on writing 3 scripts for 3 different user "types"

• People with visual disabilities - script draft ready
• People with motor disabilities - not started
• People with ADHD and/or dyslexia - not started

Prototype mockup for the tests is complete and work is being tracked in #168

I've finished the research plan and all 3 scripts and they are ready for initial review by @cfpollack.
