Hi
I have tried your simulation scripts on both my own pdb and your pdb file. Each of those gives me a similar error message.
Fatal error:
number of coordinates in coordinate file (solv.gro, 76225)
does not match topology (topol.top, 57273)
I want to know why this is happening.
