Add pointer to published version of the Similarity Search paper

We intend to always have the PDF of the BioRxiv version of the similarity search paper in the repository as a form of documentation, however once this paper is officially published we should add a pointer to where it's published (it will likely be behind the paywall which is why we always want the BioRxiv PDF here)
