The previously created DeadlineScheduler from #16 should be enhanced with a GreenEnergyMode.
When clean energy becomes available, the DeadlineScheduler should promptly process all tasks to maximize the utilization of green energy. The goal is to efficiently consume clean energy whenever it is present.

Tasks

  • Research on how to get the percentage of CleanEnergy from GCloud
  • Integrate new behaviour for DeadlineScheduler
  • Unit Test new behaviour
