Description

There's a conflict in m2r2 that is causing the doc tests to fail

To Reproduce this bug:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the docs tests on the develop branch
See failure

Test configuration

OS: GitHub Actions
Version: Python 3.11
Other details about your setup that could be relevant
