🐛 [Bug]Missing creature spawns

🐛 Bug report

Following creatures was found in vanilla sniffs - and they have no entries in creature table. All of them appear to be static spawns.

Obi is not static, it has random movement.
I sniffed both Obi and Arin'sor back on 1.13.6.
