[Tree Details - Design] Mobile Tree Details Full Screen

Currently the tree details only had a design for desktop. For a mobile experience we want it to be the same or even better than desktop as it will be a sidebar. This section will have to take up the whole screen, but will have a preview section, so users aren't forced to close out each and every time.

This will include a sticky section at the bottom with the tree species, tree health, adopt and liked, and tab sections.

Started to design the mobile tree details with the same design as the desktop with the main difference is the sticky section at the bottom. I made the sticky section have a grayish background so it will be slightly obvious that its not attached to the tree details section, but related.

The idea is that you will be able to scroll through and see all the details. But you can swipe from the top down to go back to the map and back to the tree preview. See #433 for the preview ticket. What's your thoughts on the tree details? @zoobot
