[Community Page - Implementation] Homepage

Quick summary:

Create a homepage for the community section. All information present is generated from a form users go through to create events or city profiles. We are going to manually code in the WTT weekly meetings onto the event page as its a reoccurring event.

Issues:

• All information present is from users generating events or city profiles for users to easily find the information they are looking for. No data would be available if no users are creating events.
• The right column that includes invite friends and join our slack are not essential currently. (its nice to have later on). We will focus on creating the rows per event / cities.
• There is a left column with tab sections to focus the search to what the user wants to do.
• The search bar doesn't have a dropdown menu. Will be just type in words and it will eliminate anything that doesn't include the letters or numbers or symbols.
