[Leaderboard - Design] Donation Section Near Leaderboard

Quick summary:

Our donation website no longer works and will need a way for users to donate straight from the website. It will also be convenient if near the leaderboard.

Issues:

Develop a design to be compatible with the leaderboard, and new about webpage redesign. The donation will have input fields for:

• Name
• Total Contributed
• Reoccurring Donation
• Comment
• Public v. Private v. Anonymous
• Credit Card, PayPal, etc.
