What is your idea?

I'm currently testing out starlight which is awesome! I am using custom pages because i'm fetching remote data from a CMS but i'm using the Page layout which is great. I would like to ideally add a tabs section just under the navbar (a la stripe docs : https://docs.stripe.com/payments).

Adding slots on the page layout would enable that kind of extensibility in the UI, I think.

Why is this feature necessary?

It could enable more customisation of the page layout for specific use needs

Do you have examples of this feature in other projects?

It is not a starlight project, but it would enable for a similar layout like stripe docs : https://docs.stripe.com/payments
