Macros for date should be made available in CMS

I should be able to specify $CURRENT_YEAR or some such in pages/articles, so that I can specify copyright © 2017-$CURRENT_YEAR (or whatever). It would also be nice to have $PUBLISH_DATE for articles.

Please come up with a more standard syntax for this; this one is not good and is very nonstandard. Your example of copyright year is also not a good one because the copyright date doesn't just automatically extend like that if changes aren't being made to the work.
