Description of changes:

The settings page of this scraper is inaccessible in Kodi v19, v20 and v21.

I have tested the scraping on two shows and the scraping seems to work ok. But this scraper has not been maintained in over 6 years and is still using TVDB API v2.

As the settings pages are not accessible, it should be marked broken for v19 and later .

@tamland As this is your scraper, what are your thoughts? Are you still maintaining this?

It still works doesn't it? (I at least used it until recently). I won't be updating it though and don't mind marking it as broken :)

Haven't seen you are around for a looong time.
Sure, it still works, but the settings page is empty. It should be marked as broken for v19 and later, unless you are up for fixing the settings page?
