These packages continue to require obuild:

SPECS/ocaml-cdrom.spec
SPECS/ocaml-netlink.spec
SPECS/ocaml-qmp.spec
SPECS/ocaml-xcp-inventory.spec
SPECS/ocaml-xcp-rrd.spec
SPECS/ocaml-xenops.spec
SPECS/sm-cli.spec
SPECS/xcp-networkd.spec
SPECS/xcp-rrdd.spec
SPECS/xe-create-templates.spec

We should change them to build using oasis. When that is done, we can also stop building obuild itself.
