Add ListLike instance

This should enable access to a lot more generic functions (which may not be optimized).

I'm actually not too positive about this because it could encourage bad use of the rope, resulting in poor performance. We can control and document the functions we expose but have no influence on the generic implementations which may be making different assumptions than we are about the content.
