Once clip's reviewable target is pointing to the same track as plate source Integration is failing due duplication of representations coming from Extract review (See enclosed publish report for more details).

How to replicate the issue?

From the publish report, I can see this was reported with ayon-core 1.0.11.
I believe this should already be fixed from ayon-core 1.0.13 with this PR: ynput/ayon-core#1056
