Project Sync doesn't fetch newly added users on the Kitsu side #97

Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues and added correct labels.

Description

Current Behavior

Starting a project sync using the sync now button doesn't synchronize users added to the paired project on the Kitsu side.

Expected Behavior

If a user is added to a paired project on the Kitsu server, it should be synchronized to the Ayon server when main sync is run.

Steps To Reproduce:

Enable Sync users in Kitsu addon
Stop any running kitsu service
Go to Kitsu, to the paired project > Team, and add a user to it
Start a kitsu service and click on the project's Sync now
Check in the Project access tab of your project
