Streamlining Guidelines for Incorporating Audio File Assets in This Library

I ran into a bit of a roadblock trying to grasp the guidelines for adding audio file assets with this library. It ate up nearly two days of my time just scrolling and searching for a solution. I want to make sure others don't hit the same bumps in the road. Could you please include the guideline for this in the README file?
