Changes

Linux users: We don't recommend updating an existing install with this update.

If you do update an existing install, you will need to copy your save files from ~/.Uminmeko4hdz to the mysav folder in the game directory. Please make a backup of your saves beforehand if you choose to apply this patch.

• Fix wrong sprite in Ch.2 (Kir->Eva) [ea77641]
• Update Linux executable to fix steam-sync saves issue (see #154 )
  • Previously the Question Arcs Linux executable would save to ~/.Uminmeko4hdz, and also with the incorrect permissions. It now saves to the mysav folder like on MacOS and Windows.
  • You can manually link the mysav folder to the saves folder to re-enable steam sync - previously this would have failed due to saving with incorrect permissions
  • There were no actual problems with saving and loading (gameplay wise) that we know of before this fix - just the save location and permissions on the files were wrong.
  • Please let us know if you encounter any issues with this new .exe

Update/Installation Instructions

We recommend only updating if you're in-between chapters, as loaded saves might break after the update, skipping you backward or forward in the game.

• Download the installer from Installer Usage/Download Page
• Using the installer, install to the same destination as you selected previously
• The installer should automatically detect a partial update is required and apply the update

Also, be sure to read the wiki if this is your first time installing.
