v1.2.2 - bug fixes and more

Fixed a bug where the up/down arrows for the change in rank were going in the wrong direction.

Also fixed some HTML errors.

New features:

• Single-sourced the version string
• Added version-based query string for cache-busting the JS and CSS, so I don't have to manually flush the server cache when I release new versions
• Added trophies to member table (I can't believe I forgot to add those before)
• New tooltips for member
