Adding public mirror for AlmaLinux and Kitten

Thanks for the mirror! The config is missing the extra lines required for mirroring kitten. It also seems that kitten mirroring exists within the main almalinux folder which is not allowed and will cause breakage.

Can you please mirror kitten to another root-level project directory on your mirror and add the config lines for it?

Looks like the mirror hasn't synced since December. Can you please check your cron, and also adjust it to 3h or less?
