Upgrade steps

List the upgrade steps necessary before/right after deployment of a new release here. For example:

After deployment, add SIA_READ and/or SIA_WRITE permissions to all users that need read and/or write access to the V1 API.
After deployment, verify that all the images are still working. In this release we migrated the images to the new attachments table.
