Specimen linked to surgery in v3 ER diagram #9

We noticed that the ER diagram released with version 3 of the clinical data model is showing that Specimen is linked to Surgery, but this was changed in the latest model, with specimen instead being linked to treatment. Hoping this can be updated to avoid confusion. Thanks!
