root: releasing v5.2.0

This patch releases a major upgrades of version v5.2.0 from existing ones covering: 1. Re-written license files based on plainlanguage.gov with the only input provision assistance from Claude AI (https://claude.ai/). 2. Added QR notice. 3. Dropped all "Open Source" keywords since the license is no longer aligning with OSI's definitions. 4. Addressed the modified and derived Products' renaming grey area issue. 5. Added statutory time limit for any legal claim. 6. Added QR code notice type for space constrained product display. 7. Added license termination section to specify when the license is matured. 8. re-structured known Rights to Use sections for easier parsing and referencing (based on Creative Common Licenses).
