Mode Preview

Preview is the default display method. This mode aims to display images with the best possible resolution for the available space. Preview and Grid mode are connected.

Interaction

• LMB : Neutral click
  • LMB x1 : None
  • LMB x2 : Change to Grid mode
  • [PICKER] LMB : Pick pixel color
• MMB : Mix options
  • MMB + Drag : Camera Pan
  • MMB + Wheel : Pagination increment
• RMB : Context menu
• SHIFT : Camera options
  • SHIFT + LMB : Camera Pan
  • SHIFT + RMB : Camera Zoom
• CTRL :
  • CTRL + Click : Camera Reset
  • CTRL + Click + Drag : Pagination increment ( horizontal and vertical )
• ALT + Click + Drag : Drag&Drop image
• Browse Minus / Plus : Pagination increment
• Drop Image In : Defaults to display image

Context Menu

Right click on the panel to access the following menu options.

• Function>> : Run the active Function operation on the display image
• Pin Reference : Send display image to Reference mode
• Random Index : Select random display index
• Clip Image : Toggle a highlight box to clip an image during an operation ( Drag&Drop, Color Insert, Insert Document, Insert Layer and Insert Reference )
• Full Screen : Maximizes Imagine Board
• File : File options
  • File Location : Highlight file location in the operating system
  • Copy Path : Copy to the Clipboard the file location
  • Information : File image data
    • Directory : File Directory
    • Name : File name
    • Time : File modification date
    • Size : File Size
    • Dimensions : File image dimensions
• Animation : Animation file options
  • Export One Frame : Export one frame
  • Export All Frames : Exports all frames
• Compressed : Compressed file options
  • Export One : Export one file
• Edit : Edit options
  • View Grayscale : Toggle image display in Grayscale
  • Flip Horizontal : Toggle image display fliped horizontally
  • Flip Vertical : Toggle image display fliped vertically
  • Reset : Reset all edit options
• Color : Color options
  • Picker : Toggle color picker state ( LMB to pick color )
  • Analyze (Clip) : Send image into Pigment.O to be analyzed
• Insert : Insert options
  • Document (Clip) : Image as a new document
  • Layer (Clip) : Image as a new layer
  • Reference (Clip) : Image as a new reference

Animation Interface

Animation files will trigger an animation interface.

• Frame Count : Displays the current frame and total frames
• Frame Back : Increment one frame backwards
• Play / Pause : Play and Pause animation cycle
• Frame Forward : Increment one frame forwards
• Frame Slider : Select frame with a slider

Compressed Interface

Compressed files trigger an compressed interface. Displays images inside the compressed file.

• Image Count : Displays the current image name and path
• Image Back : Increment one image backwards
• Play / Pause : Disabled
• Image Forward : Increment one image forwards
• Image Slider : Select image with a slider

Mode Icons

Preview mode options.

• Folder : Folder display options
  • LMB : Open file explorer dialog to select folder
  • RMB : Open menu to change into a nearby folder
• Slide Show : Play or pause the slideshow of the active list
