  1. macos sequoia has unbottled dependencies.
  2. macos has a cmake configuration error,

copied from the raw github log for one of the ci runner runs.

the below line should fix the cmake configure error related to corefoundation.

-DCOREFOUNDATION_LIBRARY=#{apl_frmwks}/CoreFoundation.framework

as for sequoia, not sure why the build is not continuing,

[email protected]_py312: doesn't support this macOS
