Mascot has [at least] two meanings: 1) An identity that brings luck to something. which could be translated to: همای سعادت 2) A symbol or sign to something. which could be translated to: سمبل، نماد Since mascot is not meant to bring luck to Golang community, I think it's safe to use the second meaning.
