Small wanpipe cleanup

• Fixed removal of wanpipe .tgz file.
• Removed logic to symlink to proper version.h file, seems Sangoma fixed this at some point in the last 6 months.

Thanks, just curious, what issue does removing wanpipe.tgz cause? Was it not being removed after being untarred?

Previously it was failing to remove this file because the script cd'd into the wanpipe directory before running the rm so the file wasn't found. Further runs of `phreaknet wanpipe` would additionally just keep downloading the same tgz again and appending .1, .2 to the file name even though it would just extract from the original .tgz since it wasn't being deleted.
