Updated release with additional public CGM dataset and enhanced processing

What's new

• Added datasets: ‘Brown2019', ‘Wadwa2023’, ‘Broll2021’, ‘Shah2019’, each with a processing script including an extra patient-level variable.
• Updated datasets: ‘Buckingham2007’, ‘Colas2019’, and ‘Hall2018’ to include additional patient-level variable in the processing script.
• Introduced a missing data/cleaning check script with minimal inclusion criteria and a processing script demo.
• Integrated a Shiny GUI to process newly added/updated study datasets from raw sources.

• added references to CGM data simulators
• minor update to Chase2005 preprocessor
• update to Dubosson2008 preprocessor to only keep CGM readings (eliminates SMBG)
• update Buckhingham2007 preprocessor to filter for data quality issues (readings too small or too large)
• add R processor to Aleppo2017 in addition to already existing python processor
