Welcome to the HR Analytics Dashboard repository! This project focuses on leveraging People Analytics to optimize decision-making in human resource management through insightful data visualizations and dashboards.
The company faces several challenges in human resource management, including prolonged recruitment processes, high turnover rates, low employee performance, lack of diversity representation in the workplace, high absenteeism rates, and limited age diversity within the team.
To address these challenges, the main objectives of this project are:
- Increase Recruitment Efficiency: Streamline the recruitment process to reduce the time it takes to hire new employees.
- Improve Employee Retention: Understand the causes of turnover and increase employee satisfaction and engagement to retain talent.
- Enhance Employee Performance: Create a supportive work environment to boost employee performance.
- Strengthen Workplace Diversity: Implement an inclusive recruitment strategy to improve diversity representation.
- Reduce Absenteeism: Enhance employee well-being to lower absenteeism rates.
- Increase Age Diversity: Promote inclusive career coaching policies to ensure diverse age representation within the team.
