The purpose of this PR is to get Conway features on the experimental provider so that SW wallets can try them and make sure our Ledger app implementation is consistent with what they do.
We need to do this before doing the security audit.
Some features are missing and will be added later (optional 258 tags in CBOR, increased URL length etc.).
