Version 1.1 Release

This release includes:

1. Files needed to include the Animation Manager in your own project
2. Documentation of the Animation Manager in it's current state
3. Windows build of the test project that shows all the current functionalities

Compared to version 1.1 this version has updates to integrate the AnimationError Enum with the Build.
