This adds signatures in a couple of places and adds a signature discovery option as well.
Needs a few test before it can be merged, but it should be fine.
This should fix #73 and it #72 should be easy to implement on top of this as well (the ability to retrace should help when adding an accuracy target).
Tested with madflow so it should be fine to go.
