OP-19040: Bugfix for rollback the charts table level updation

@sudhakaropsmx this needs to be tested before merge. For that we need to force failure (raise exception after the audit db commit) so rollback happen and then review the service logs to see if rollback help us not end up with failure/error in service logs (around the scheduler).
Note that this will require 3.12.6 for testing. With 3.12.3, the only thing we can test is - this piece of code inscript doesn't fail. Let's do that and keep this PR on hold until we are on 3.12.6 to 4.0.x testing.
