-A list of failed attempts to embed the figure in the README.md file
-The addition of 2 Jupyter Notebooks allowing to display 2 specific figures that are linked to the images already in display in the README.md
-The addition of a display parameter (default = False) in plot_pta_subject and plot_mtx_subject (other_functions.py) as well as an if condition to choose between showing (for the notebook calls) or saving the figure (for the script calls)
