間違えてリスタートファイルを使っていなかった場合にすぐに分かるようにするために
caspt2_restartがなかったらエラーで終了するようにしていましたが
複数のCASPT2計算をする場合、エラー前後の計算で指定されるcirootsが異なる可能性があるので
リスタートファイルが見つからなくても計算を継続するように変更しています
