v1.0.0-alpha-1

This is a big release - the first alpha version of Relign programmed in TypeScript.

The code has been completely rewritten in TypeScript, but maintains the functions you are familiar with if you used relign before. The readme has been updated to cover the use of each function.

Since this is an early alpha please report any issues you run into, it would be greatly appropriated.
