Useful for larger video files with limited disk space. With the-q 80 setting for 1080p video managed to bring each frame's disk size from 1.1MB down to 50-80KB.

@TNTwise Was able to compile on Windows 11, cmake 3.30.0-rc4. Can you send some debug info, the errors you're seeing?

@TNTwise took a look at the github actions logs; indeed, the atof call was failing on win32. Fixed here and the github workflow in my branch went through.
