BubbleBox WASD Firmware Release Mk1.0

First Release of the WASD Configuration Bubble Box firmware. Includes 2 new modes for Melee, so all 3 configurations of the W/Up Key are available. PM, Ultimate, and Rivals of Aether gamemodes all have their W/Up keys enabled, and the FGC Mode now has it's W/Up key enabled, and is now tuned for Guilty Gear Strive
