This exe is modified from the VA FOIA version in the following ways:

  • The Hash is now the VA Hash in XWBHash.pas
  • The v32 CPRS RPC Logger is included here
  • IAM is now disabled by removing the default IAM server
  • You can pass access code and verify code to the command line to avoid having to log in via the log-in form. Format is ac= and vc=
