What I have done and why
This is a step towards addressing #1325
In-order to create tests for
DefaultSearchContentsRepositoryandDefaultRecentSearchRepository, we need fakes forNewsResourceFtsDaoandTopicFtsDaoIf this is accepted, we can go ahead to create a new PR for
TopicFtsDaotestdouble and then the final Repository Tests.
