Remove /certificate.crt endpoint (#858)

* remove `/certificate.crt` endpoint. It seems to be unused.

Has been added in 6e1d110 and #54

* move from `text/template` to `html/template`

because it already includes built-in Output Encoding capabilities.

* remove obsolete test
