What is it?
-----------
The jrat tool is a java based stand alone software for weather radar data
processing. It operates on ODIM HDF5 and Rainbow5 format.

Implemented algorithms:
* CALID: The algorithm compares reflectivity of two radars in overlapping
areas.
* SCANSUN: The algorithm finds solar flares in raw radar volumes.
