Maintenance 0.0.1 beta release 16

Fix status "unsupported" for TP-Link Tapo C200 camera's, that send their service names in the namespace instead of the XAddr field:

1. Update the agsh/onvif library dependency to version 0.6.5.

2. The update library dependency caused quite some troubles (because starting from now the capabilities are loaded via the services). Therefore this beta version also contains a number of fixes to address those problems.

3. When a camera is disconnected at startup, it will automatically become connected afterwards (as soon as the camera becomes online). To accomplish that, new refresh options have been added to the config ndoe:

   

   Note that the reconnect does not work yet when the device becomes temporarily disconnected afterwards. See this issue.

Know issue caused by this beta release: The "listening" status while event streaming will not be available all the time. See this issue.
