Stable beta version

This release provides several key improvements in user experience:

• Officially a "beta" version
• Full support for the 10X scATAC-seq platform
• Automated generation of fragment files for convenient use in other downstream tools
• Additional user control over internal processes
• Large speed improvements by subtle modifications to the algorithm (including internal data structures)
